Brahmari Breathing Technique:

Inhale through nose with a slightly constricted glottis. (sounds like snoring)

Exhale slowly through slightly parted lips making a bee buzzing sound (sounds like humming)

**You may also plug your ears to intensify the vibration and sound in your head

Repeat 5-10 times (breaths)

Point: Health is not one thing but all things. Put some focus on each category each day so that nothing gets overlooked. Plan food, plan movement, plan rest time, plan social events… smile a lot!
